- Opportunity to participate in any group POW! event, for a per-event fee (based on availability)

- FREE attendance at all POW! conferences, except for the cost of any meals.
(Perfect level for those located outside of Florida, or those without a book, CD, performance, etc. yet ready to sell!)
GOLD LEVEL MEMBERSHIP: ($300 a year or $25 per month)
Everything in Silver level, PLUS:
- A feature article on you and/or your work on the POW! website (over 4 million hits as of 12/31/2007)
- Top priority for participation in group POW! events & multimedia productions
- Inclusion in the online POW! Speakers’ Bureau Directory (includes event booking & speaker’s fee
negotiation service)
- Payment for speaking at POW! conferences
- Personal POW! Show video appearance.
Gold applicants must have an actual product (completed book, CD, artwork, performances, etc.) to be accepted as a member.
Submit your book, CD, DVD, VHS tape, etc. with a SASE for its return. If you want only to be in the Speakers’ Bureau, please
submit a tape/DVD of one of your presentations lasting 30-60 minutes. You will be notified within 2-3 weeks if your membership
is accepted.
- Higher-level promotion packages can also be arranged to meet your individual needs.
A minimum six-month commitment is required for all memberships.

In the event that membership at your selected level is full at the time of application, POW! reserves the right to place you on a waiting list until
space becomes available. As an alternative, you may be offered membership at a different level than that selected. POW! is an international
organization. No refunds will be awarded for any reason. POW! reserves the right to deny anyone membership who does not sell products
that are considered appropriate for sale in the POW! online store. POW! reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant based on quality
of work, experience, limitations of quota for that particular genre/division. POW! does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, religion, lifestyle,
physical impairment, or any other difference unrelated to an artist’s work. The POW! membership list is not available for personal
solicitations, and any member who uses it for this purpose is subject to having his/her membership revoked. If you are under 18, you must
have the consent of your parent or guardian to join POW!.

POW! is not only promoting writers/authors of the written word but also musical and choreographed, artistic artists as well.
POW! is actively looking for memberships for the following artists:
Musicians, writers, singers, soloist, groups (any kinds of music/instruments), artists, sculpturist. If you have a CD to sell, just want to perform, get the word out about YOU we want YOU in POW!
Performing artists - Spoken word poets/performers, theatrical performers - Come addition for us! We can line you up some gigs dig?!
We are looking for dancers - any age, ballet, modern, tap, jazz, gymnastic - Call us!
Artists - Painters, sculptors, jewelry, anything! Call us.
POW! reserves the right to screen, accept and reject any members in any art genre. We are not looking for a quantity of people in this company, but quality people and any applicant needs to be approved and qualify to join us.
Membership approval for writers, artists, musicians, anyone who would like to be in POW! is pending the approval of the President. We invite you to apply either online or by mailing in your application. ALL information asked for online or on the application needs to be filled out in full to help with my decision. After submitting an application I will E-mail you and let you know if you have been accepted. You can then go online and post your payment via credit card. For mail in applications you can send a check. No checks will be cashed until your membership is approved.
POW! is not a "club". We are a for-profit organization. We are a business of members in support of promoting each other and our products. We do reserve the right to approve or deny membership to any applicant. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, sex, politics, etc. We do have a quota of membership spots for each art genre to fill. Sign up for waiting lists are available for any filled genre which we will post on the website and in our printed materials. Thanks.

A copy/piece of your merchandise may be requested for review before approval of your membership. In the event you are not accepted as a member to POW! we will return your merchandise to you if submitted with a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope.
Artwork and other large items: We will make an appointment for you to come in and show us your artwork or portfolio.
Terms and Conditions for One-Time Monthly Payments
POW! will provide you with a monthly statement of your account containing an itemized list of charges made during the billing period. You agree to review each statement you receive for any errors. If you inform POW! that an error exists on your statement, POW! will attempt to correct that error prior to your next statement to the extent permitted by law. POW! shall bear no liability or responsibility for any losses of any kind that you may incur as a result of an erroneous statement or due to any delay in the actual date on which your account is debited.
Each time you initiate a one-time monthly payment transaction, you authorize POW! to initiate an automated clearing house (ACH) debit transaction to your checking or savings account, or a charge to your check or credit card in the amount of the transaction.
POW! reserves the right to change these conditions at any time. Notice may be given on or with your bill or by other methods. You have the right to discontinue your monthly payment transaction debits at any time. Please notify POW! first to cancel all debit transactions prior arranged.
You agree to be bound by any rules your financial institution requires for ACH debit transactions or credit card issuer requires for credit card charges.
Monthly billing charge fees for POW! Memberships:
Gold Memberships: $25.00 monthly
Silver Memberships - $8.50 monthly
"Old Silver" Memberships - $4.50 monthly (members grandfathered in during 2005).
